Acceptable Use Policy

Appropriate uses

• Researching business availability, inventory, pricing, policies, lead times, service areas, and scheduling options.
• Comparing venues, vendors, suppliers, contractors, restaurants, hotels, rentals, and other business services.
• Preparing a focused business call with a clear purpose and finite question set.
• Coordinating a legitimate appointment or follow-up where the contact is appropriate and any required consent exists.

Illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity

Do not use CallForage to violate law or another person's rights; facilitate fraud, scams, theft, extortion, stalking, threats, or violence; impersonate a person or organization; conceal the automated nature or responsible party where disclosure is required; or obtain information through false pretenses.

Spam, harassment, and unwanted calls

Do not use CallForage for unsolicited advertising, telemarketing, political outreach, fundraising, debt collection, lead generation, mass dialing, repeated contact, or harassment. You must honor opt-outs and do-not-call requests immediately and obtain prior consent whenever law requires it for an artificial or prerecorded voice call.

High-impact and sensitive decisions

Do not use CallForage to make or materially determine decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education admissions, legal services, medical care, government benefits, or another similarly significant right or opportunity. Do not use it for emergencies, crisis response, or communications where delay could threaten health or safety.

Sensitive information and transactions

Do not ask CallForage or a call recipient to exchange passwords, authentication codes, private keys, full payment-card details, financial-account credentials, government identifiers, or unnecessary health or other highly sensitive information. Do not use the service to complete a regulated transaction unless CallForage expressly supports that workflow.

Service integrity

Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or bypass CallForage or its safeguards; use multiple accounts to evade limits; manipulate research or safety systems; submit malicious code; or interfere with another user's service.

Enforcement and reporting

We may block a request, stop a call, preserve relevant records, restrict an account, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy, protect recipients, or comply with law. To report suspected abuse, email info@email.famplified.com with enough detail for us to investigate without including unnecessary sensitive information.
