Privacy requests
Use the subject line "Privacy Request" for requests to access, correct, or delete information. Include the email associated with your account and the type of request. Do not email passwords, payment-card information, or copies of sensitive identification unless we specifically request a secure verification step.
Legal notices
Use the subject line "Legal Notice" and explain the matter, the relevant account or Job if applicable, and how we can respond. Email does not waive any service requirement or legal right.
Abuse or recipient concerns
Use the subject line "Abuse Report" to report an unwanted call, impersonation, scam attempt, safety concern, or policy violation. Include the date, approximate time, calling number if visible, and a brief description. We will use the information to investigate and apply recipient protections.
