• Job content, including goals, messages, constraints, feedback, sources, proposed call questions, and other information you choose to provide.
• Call-related information when calling is available, such as the business contacted, call status, timestamps, transcript, recording where applicable, structured results, and recipient preferences or opt-outs.
• Transaction information if paid features become available, such as credit balances, purchase status, and provider transaction identifiers. We do not need your full payment-card number to operate the service.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser data, logs, error records, security events, feature interactions, and referring pages.

How we collect information

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the service, from service providers that help operate CallForage, and from public sources used for research or business-contact verification.

How we use information

• Provide, personalize, maintain, and support CallForage.
• Authenticate accounts and protect the service, users, recipients, and the public from fraud, spam, abuse, and security threats.
• Perform requested research, prepare call plans, complete authorized work, and return results.
• Measure reliability, troubleshoot errors, enforce usage limits, and improve service quality.
• Communicate about the service, respond to requests, and provide required notices.
• Comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Automated and AI processing

We use automated systems and specialized service providers to moderate requests, conduct research, organize Jobs, prepare plans, and produce results. Relevant instructions and limited Job context may be sent to those providers for these purposes. Do not include secrets or sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to provide it.

Phone calls, transcripts, and recordings

When calling features are available, calls may be processed to create transcripts, summaries, evidence, and structured results. CallForage will apply the disclosures, consent rules, and recipient protections required for the relevant call. Recording availability and retention may vary by call and jurisdiction.

How we disclose information

• Service providers that host, secure, analyze, communicate, research, process payments, or otherwise help us operate CallForage, subject to appropriate obligations.
• A business or recipient contacted at your direction, to the extent needed to complete the approved purpose.
• Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and financing or transaction counterparties where reasonably necessary.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
• A successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of the business.

No sale or targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by law.

Cookies, browser storage, and analytics

CallForage and its sign-in service use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, session continuity, core service operation, and basic website measurement.

We use Google Analytics to receive page-view information such as the page visited, page title, approximate time, referring page, and technical information about the browser or device. Enhanced measurement and advertising personalization are disabled. We do not send Job text, form contents, account email addresses, full phone numbers, payment details, or authentication data to Google Analytics, and we do not use analytics data for cross-site behavioral advertising. Google may process technical identifiers such as IP address and cookie or device identifiers under its own privacy terms.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, maintain reliable records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and why it was collected. We may retain deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, and separation of sensitive service credentials. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, or object to certain processing, by emailing info@email.famplified.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including rights to know, delete, correct, obtain a portable copy, limit certain uses of sensitive information, opt out of sale or sharing, appeal a decision, and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Legal exceptions may apply. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

Children

CallForage is not directed to children under 13, and account holders must be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to the service.

United States processing

CallForage is operated in the United States. If you use it from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Changes and contact
