Data Practices

This page is a practical companion to the Privacy Policy. It explains what CallForage needs to do the work, how information moves through a Job, and where you retain control.

Data tied to a Job

A Job keeps your goal, constraints, messages, sources, research results, proposed calls, and later results together. This continuity helps CallForage avoid repeating work and lets you return to a decision with its context intact.

Public-source research

CallForage may search public web sources and retain source links, titles, excerpts, timestamps, and derived findings. Public information can still be inaccurate or change, so results identify sources and uncertainty where possible.

Automated processing

Relevant Job instructions and bounded context may be processed by automated research, safety, and language services. We limit the context provided to what is useful for the task and use service providers to operate CallForage, not to sell your personal information.

Business-contact data

Phone numbers and business-contact details are obtained from public, business-controlled sources or other verified sources. Sensitive contact details are restricted in the customer interface, and calls remain tied to the reviewed recipient and purpose.

Call records

When live calling is available, a Job may include call status, timing, transcript, recording where applicable, evidence, structured results, and recipient opt-out or complaint records. These records support the result, prevent repeated unwanted contact, and provide an audit trail.

What not to submit

  • Passwords, authentication codes, private keys, or account credentials.
  • Full payment-card or financial-account numbers.
  • Government identification numbers or highly sensitive personal records unless expressly requested and legally appropriate.
  • Another person's private information unless you are authorized to provide it and it is necessary for the Job.

Retention and deletion

Retention varies by data type and purpose. We keep data only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, recipient protections, dispute handling, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@email.famplified.com; some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, opt-outs, accounting, legal compliance, or protection of rights.

Security and incident response

CallForage uses access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, rate limits, safety checks, and separate handling for service credentials. We investigate suspected incidents and provide notices when required by law.
